The Norwegian food composition table 2024 contains 107 new foods, 378 foods with updated values, and 19 foods have been deleted.

News in the 2024 version are new nutrient values for vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, carrot, head cabbage, onions and tomatoes, and shellfish. We have included more gluten-free foods, frozen vegetables and berries, and dinner dishes.
