How to apply
Preferably, your application should be pre-notified by e-mail at least six months before the application is submitted.
The required documentation should be submitted either
- electronically to both postmottak@mattilsynet.no and pesticider@mattilsynet.no
or
- by post/courier to

If the product is authorised in the reference Member State through the E-submission Food Chain (ESFC) Platform, you may also use ESFC to apply for mutual recognition in Norway.
Pre-submission meeting
We are available for a short pre-submission meeting upon your request. The purpose of this is to ensure more complete applications, which can lead to a more efficient evaluation process. If you wish a meeting, please contact us per e -mail: postmottak@mattilsynet.no and pesticider@mattilsynet.no.
